at the end of a chicken or fish meal we’ve had randomers ask for the bones on our plate to take back to their dogs. if you’ve got a home down here with any kind of yard you need to have an alarm system or at least one dog, or else a thief will test you. these dogs are dogs. they get fed people’s left overs and sometimes a bowl of dog rice which is just low grade human rice. they don’t wear clothes, they don’t get carried in purses and they don’t take anxiety pills. they’re thin and sometimes you’ll catch 4 or 5 of them running in a wild pack down the side of the road. they’re all mutts and they approach people with their heads bowed.
